We collect your personal information, for example, when you Open an Account or Apply for a Loan Deposit Money or Show Your Driver's License Pay Your Bills We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing?	Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes--information about your creditworthiness affiliates from using your information to market to you sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. BLC Community Bank has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. BLC Community Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. BLC Community Bank doesn't jointly market.

Other important information

Location Information. If you have enabled location services on your phone and agree to the collection of your location when prompted, we will collect location data even when the app is closed or not in use. If you do not want us to collect this information you may decline the collection of your location when prompted or adjust the location when prompted or adjust the location services settings on your device.

We won't share: MA, MS & NJ-personal information from deposit relationships with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing without your authorization. AK, CA, IL, MD, ND & VT-personal information with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing without your authorization. CA-We will limit our sharing of personal information about you with our affiliates to comply with all CA privacy laws that apply to us.
