BLC Community Bank proudly announces the successful award of a $25,000 grant to Rustic Resque, a cherished local shop specializing in rustic, repurposed, and vintage décor for homes and gardens. This grant, facilitated through a collaboration with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago), marks a significant investment in the Little Chute community and its thriving small business sector.

In an effort to celebrate the strong bond and relationship between local businesses, schools, and families, BLC Community Bank is recognizing the Power of Community Week April 19-24 during National Community Banking Month and National Financial Literacy and Capability Month.

During Octoberfest Reimagined, BLC Community Bank will match donations made to St. Paul Elder Services through the end of October up to $10,000. Octoberfest Reimagined is the response to the cancellation of the Fox Cities 2020 Octoberfest event. While it will not be held in the traditional manner due to concerns about large gatherings amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the mission remains the same – supporting nonprofits and businesses in the local community.
