New Contactless Debit Cards

Start Using Your New Tap To Pay Debit Card!

We’re thrilled to announce that new debit cards for our personal, business, and health savings accounts (HSAs) have arrived. These updated cards come with the convenient Tap to Pay (contactless) feature, making your transactions faster and more secure at participating merchants. Here’s everything you need to know about your new debit card.

Important Dates to Remember:

Card Mailing Date: Your new card will be mailed out starting October 14, 2024. The card will arrive in a plain, generic envelope to ensure privacy and security, so please keep an eye out for it.
Current Debit Card: Your current debit card will continue to work through October 27, 2024. After this date, it will no longer be valid.
New Card Usage Date: While you can activate your new card and set a PIN as soon as it arrives, it will only be available for use starting October 28, 2024. Be sure to begin using your new card on this date, and properly dispose of your old card by cutting it into several pieces to protect your account information.
Automatic Payments: If you have automatic payments or recurring transactions set up with your old debit card, be sure to update your payment information with your new card number as soon as possible. This will ensure your payments continue without interruption once your old card is deactivated after October 27, 2024.

Who Will Receive a New Card?

All customers with personal or business debit cards, and HSA debit cards will receive a new card with the contactless payment feature.
ATM cardholders will not receive a new card as this update only applies to debit cards. However, you will need to reset your PIN on your current card. See Card Activation below.

Card Activation:

Once you receive your new card, you can activate it right away by calling our toll-free number: 1-800-992-3808, and following the instructions provided in the mailing. ALL CARDHOLDERS will need to activate their card and set a PIN.
Please note that EVERYONE will need to select OPTION 2 to set a PIN, even if you plan to keep your current PIN. Simply re-enter your existing PIN if you do not want to change it.
